Terms of Delivery

1. Shipping & Delivery

Anamour Natural ships to international destinations worldwide. All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Istanbul, Turkey. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are provided at the time of order confirmation.

2. Delivery Times

Standard international shipping typically takes 7–21 business days depending on the destination country. Expedited shipping options may be available upon request. Anamour Natural is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local carriers, or force majeure events.

3. Packaging & Product Integrity

All products are packed in food-safe, protective packaging designed to preserve freshness during transit. We use vacuum-sealed or nitrogen-flushed packaging to ensure optimal shelf life. Products should be inspected upon receipt and any damage reported within 48 hours.

4. Origin & Certifications

All Anamour Natural products originate from certified farms in Turkey and the broader Mediterranean region. Our fruits are sourced from local growers committed to sustainable agricultural practices. Documentation regarding product origin can be provided upon request for import purposes.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to review. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may initiate a return upon receipt.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or significantly different from their description. Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

7. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Anamour Natural has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amounts. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
